I was born on the mountain of Montana on May 8, 1973. Just two minutes later my twin brother Drake followed. We were born vampires. Natural born vampires are only born one in each generation, but somehow we broke the rule. My parents are vampires too, but another vampire bit them. My parents met at a park not to far from where I was born. They fell in love and started dating. A year later they got married. Everything was great from then on. My mom would help my father when he was in trouble and my dad would get my mother anything she wanted. It was my mom that made my father a vampire, because he almost died during a hunting trip. When another vampire bites you, your body dies. It is suppose to be the hardest thing when it is someone that you love. The day my brother and me was born my father was the happiest man in the world. He was so proud to be a father to a set of twins. He thought nothing could change this, little did he know, my mother had a secret that was about to come out. The Doctor came in the room where my parents were. My dad was reading a newspaper and my mom was watching TV. I wanted to talk to you about your twins the doctor looked at his folder then handed it over to my dad so he can look at it. My father looked up at the doctor Whats wrong with the twins My dad thought the worst of course.  My dad looked in the folder. He was shocked what he read. How could this be? he asked my dad tossed the folder at my mom then got up. This was the hardest thing for a new dad to hear. Im sorry baby she tried to grab his hand and pulled him to her. My dad just snatched it away, without looking at her. My dad couldnt look at my mom.  Who is it? My dad yelled. My mom started crying. She thought that if she cried he would feel sorry for her and forget that she was cheating on him. I dont know, She screamed back at him. My dad didnt know what to say or do. Dont lie to me Sarah my dad sat down and put his head in his hands. How could you lie to me about it. I would have found out anyway. My dad looked up with tears in his eyes. My mother really hurt him and she knew it. Im sorry baby, She said over and over again. Sorry isnt good enough My dad got up and went out of the room. He sat against the wall right outside of the room and let it out. He couldnt go back in and look at her knowing what she did. . It took ten minutes for my dad to calm down enough to think straight. He had to make a decision. Should he take the twins away and never let my mom or Drakes real dad see him, or should he split us up? He knew that he wouldnt be able to take care of the both of us by himself, but he didnt want to give my mom the satisfaction. My dad knew that if he went back to her, that she probably would do it again. My dad took a deep breath before he went back in the room with my mother. He questioned her until she told him that it was his best friend Rick. My dad got what he wanted out of he. He was happy with that. My dad left the room to call Rick. He knew that Rick had the right to see his son, even though he felt betrayed. My dad took a deep breath and called. They talked about what happened and how Rick was a father. They agreed to meet up at this little restaurant not far from where they were. My father left the hospital without telling my mom where he was going. Right now he didnt care what my mother thought of him. My dad was the first one there. He sat at a table where he could see everyone that came in the restaurant. He sat at the table drinking a beer and waited for Rick to arrive. Rick finally got there and went right over to my dad. They sat and talked for a long time before my dad decided to take Rick to meet his son for the first time They got up and my dad threw money down on the table and got into my dads black ugly truck. My mom was sitting on the outside of her room. The doctor was trying to get her to go back to bed, but she wouldnt listen to him. She wanted to wait for my dad to come back. . My mom got up when she saw my dad and Rick come in the building. They just walked past her and went to the nursery and showed Rick his son.

Can I hold him? Rick asked. My dad shook his head yes and showed him where to go. They went in and picked my brother and me up. What are we going to do? my dad asked We cant let her keep them from us he added

We have to get out of here, Rick said. They guys agreed to take my brother and me far away where our mother would never find us. We moved to California when we were a few months old they shared a two-story house and they helped each other out.
